The “free street parking” is about 10 spaces that are full all day and I never was able to get a space. When I booked the listing said a parking space was included but since then it was removed. I ended up paying for parking across the street on a city lot across the street from a homeless shelter. It is convenient to walk to several downtown attractions. Also as others have mentioned the walls are very thin so when the neighbors leave the tv on until 3am, you get to hear everything like it’s in the room with you and when the walk around in the middle of the night it sounds like someone is inside your unit.

Good -The apartment was perfect just like the pictures. Less than good but all out of the host control - The neighborhood was run down. The entrance stunk like weed. The long walk down the dark hallway was scary. I would give the listing a better review if it was in a nicer location.

The apartment itself is very clean and modern. But when i booked the stay the description said it had gated parking and then day of the host texted me to tell me they no longer have gated parking and you'd have to pay for it. The paying is not the problem but because my car is easy to break into, i had to find a different car and it threw off my plans. Also while the neighborhood is close to a lot of features, it is not one of the best that St Louis has to offer, be safe.

At fist pulling up out side the building I was kinda scared wiyh the neighbor hood there's homeless people everywhere and I come from a very small town and we dont see this we hear about it. But once we my sister and went outside to unpack the car we were fine. The apartment was really nice and I enjoyed my stay there even though my sons surgery was good he has lots of complications and as of today hes still having complications but at least i had a very comfortable place to stay and cook my own food and a washer and dryer in the apartment made it even better I wish it would have been available for the next week but it wasnt so i had to find another apartment and move to another part of st louis. I will definitely tey to book this apartment again if my son and I have to come back down here for his doctor's appointment.

The location is great for those who want to walk to the America's Center.The apartment is good, But both closets (especially the one in the living room) stank of cigarette smoke. The other is only detected later in the clothes stored there.The privacy in the living room isn't great, as the wall doesn't keep out the sounds and conversations from the apartment next door. And you can hear everything. One night there was something like a sleepover in the apartment upstairs, with a lot of noise from upstairs all night.Check in was not smooth because the instructions they sent via email were not valid and there was no personal reception. They asked us to send our drivers license by text message. I wasn't comfortable with this unexpected request. There's private parking, but the public has access. The gate isn't locked.Access to the building is locked, but there are vulnerabilities in access to the building.To rent this location, you are required to purchase insurance indicated by them during the booking process in the app.Anyway, I would return to this place.Not perfect place, but it is really workable if you can adapt yourself for these negative things.

No pool available as advertised.

Heavy weed smell outside and inside building. We booked entirely on the pool being available for our grandsons.The hostess replied not her problem. She said they had a leak that had to be addressed. The pool was full and never saw anyone working on it. Asked for a partial refund and stayed only one of the two booked nights. Denied.

Great place to Stay, Great location

This loft was great. We were able to walk to restaurants, some attractions, Washington Ave.and the Metro Link. The loft was very clean and roomy. At night you can watch volleyball from the living room. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again.
