Room was very dated. Sliding doors did not open. Bed was very soft and should be replaced.

Location is very good. Walking distance to 5 star Marriott hotel. Well stocked grocery store located next building. A few restaurants within walking distance. The two pools are good. Building exterior maintenance has not been kept up however room was in good shape and clean. Property is on the Atlantic Ocean but the very limited beach is not kept. Trash on beach and at high tide you can not walk on the beach. No place to sit on the beach. There was a posting about limiting water from 9:00 pm till 6:00 am due to a shortage. However this was lifted and not in force while we were there between Christmas and New Years. We were on the island to deliver our daughter to Ross University Vet School. Vacation was a secondary purpose. For the money, this hotel was a good choice for our purpose.

Bad! Bad hygiene and bad smell at the outside of the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Not enough pillows. Pool needs maintenance. No gym. No shampoo. Personal was good and pleased to have us at their hotel. It was OK for the money?

If your looking for a clean comfortable stay this hotel should be one of your options. Central location close by a convenient store and places to eat. Hotel doesn't offer much amenities, but I spent most of my time around the island. Walking distance to a strip of local restaurants and live music at night. Beach on the strip is no good for swimming. I would stay there again or even recommend a friendl

This was great value for the money. Very comfortable room with an attached TV area with a small frig - great to keep my bottled water & sodas nice & cold when I got back from the beach. I also loved the convience of the small convince store just outside the hotel. It was a great place to buy cold drinks, snacks, or any other necessities. Just 5 minutes from some of The Strip's best food & chill spots.

I must say that for the price, overall the room was very nice. No major complaints. Great location and close proximity to eating establishments. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and a nice patio. The hotel can do with a little upgrading though. I would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located and easy walking distance to the strip (main place where beach bars/restaurants/nightlife are). Room is clean and sufficient for stay. Next door to small grocery store and coffee house. I used to live in st kitts so I know all places to stay. This is a basic hotel with everything you need. If u want posh interior then u go to Marriott. But you want good value with a nice place to sleep at night sugar bay is perfect

Great staff - so nice and helpful; location is just minutes away walking distance from shops; would most definitely stay here again upon my return to the island

The hotel was ok. but there were too many mosquitos on the first day, also moswuitos in the room. that was bad impression. we could not swim in peace because of mosquitos. the beach was not very clean. i found clean beach on other hotel. the pool was not very clean either. on weekend i was there, there were a lot of noise until 2am or 4 am. i did called front desk but nothing was done.

laid back Carib style hotel. personnel kind and helpful. some ammenities missing.(like ice) but if you like privacy No crowds a great pool and a central location this is your place.

very nice place will vist again, great for the money and staff very helpful. quite place and nice small store to buy snacks. great place to stay

It was comfortable and had Wi-Fi included in the price (Lobby only, which is NOT air conditioned). No coffee or tea available ANYWHERE in the hotel in the morning. Restaurant only open in the evening/night.
