We were in room 1011 and we did not care for our view from our room. We could barely see the ocean from the porch door and we couldn't see out the other way much at all. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.
We went here in January and the staff was amazing. Jacqueline by the pool was the best! The property is really beautiful but the rooms are in dire need of updating. The spa was great with amazing service. The food was just mediocre ...when you get chips and guacamole by the pool they literally give you a side of guac....I'm by the beach it should be a big bowl of guac :( The water sports are great..the sand is more like dirt though
There are plenty of reviews on this property. I want to point out three aspects of great service we experienced. First, nearly every staff member is friendly and greets you with a "hello" or other kind words. It's a simple thing, and they're trained to do it, but it seems like the hotel hires people who actually like to do it. If we all treated each other like the staff at the Four Seasons treats their guests, the world would be a wonderful place. Second, they go over and above. I brought a kiteboard but forgot the screws to keep the footpads in place. I asked the concierge if she could help me get in touch with maintenance to see if they could help me find screws (no hardware store anywhere near). Within minutes Maxwell from maintenance was at the room. I showed him the problem and he left in search of the parts. 20 minutes later he was back with the right sized screws. But they were two long, leaving the pads secured but loose on the board. He left again in search. We had to leave the room so I said if he could find the right parts to just leave it in the room for when we returned. When we did, he had creatively solved the problem and installed the pads himself. I thought I wouldn't be able to use my equipment for the entire week because of my oversight but Maxwell had the board ready to ride within an hour, though it was not a simple fix. Way to go Maxwell. Finally, we needed some child care. The Four Seasons put us in touch with a contracted nanny named Sherry (with a rhyming last name) who provided us care at a very reasonable rate. We used Sherry several times and she was amazing. She was extremely flexible with the hours we required (often two different times a day) and she was always on time, even when it meant taking a boat ride from one island to the other. The kids loved her and we knew they were safe and having fun. When we go back, we will be calling Sherry for child care. The people more than anything else made the hotel shine.
I will definitely be back to this resort for a personal trip. Everything from the service to the facilities was top notch. The speedboat arrival was a special touch. The Four Seasons staff go the extra mile every time
This was our 4th visit to the Four Seasons in Nevis. We love everything about it!!! The staff is always welcoming....and remembers us by name. The tennis pro is terrific (Nacho) and I also love the gym. Our beach attendants are the best, especially Sylvester, Nabriska, Joelle. Mauritia. My masseuse, Marvella , was marvelous!! Our maid, June, did a terrific job of cleaning our room. Loved the new coffee machine for lattes. And the live music many nights! The food at Mango and Neve , and the bar was excellent as was lunch at the restaurant and the beach.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis is a world class holiday experience. Service, comfort and superb hospitality in elegant rooms and exquisite grounds deliver the best of the best on the lovely isle of Nevis. Food options on the property are copious and gastronome worthy. And the beach.... spectacular!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. The beach, service and restaurants were all top notch. The rooms could use a little updating, which I was told is in the works.Plenty of good restaurants within 15 minutes of the resort too. Service was excellent and Kiajah at the concierge desk was terrific.
Beautiful location, but rooms are ready for an update given the price paid. Also, some of the prices charged were too high...like $4 for a small bottle of water or $27 for a glass of wine that costs less than $30 per bottle. Golf & spa were excellent. Pools and common areas also excellent. Service was good overall with several employees going above and beyond. Sparrow helped me find the golf club the first day by personally escorting me - much appreciated. The bathroom in the room needs some TLC / updating. Overall very good experience.
From first step onto the property, the staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and service oriented. The rooms were clean, and welcoming. The restaurants were great, the beaches and cabanas were great as well.
Location is the best part staying here. Nevis is a beautiful, exotic island. The Four Seasons was built in the early 1980s and while it's maintained well the property shows it age. The golf course is really nice and great plus to staying here.
