Four Seasons Resort - Nevis

Brought 18 family members to the 4 Seasons Nevis and was glad this resort was selected. From the time you land until the time you leave, the staff could not have been more friendly or more attentive. We had grand children ages 7 to 21 and there was enough to keep them active and engaged for 4 days. In fact, at times, there seemed to be too much to do. We had three private events (2 dinners and a breakfast) and the family style food was well prepared and good tasting (especially the conch fritters). Service was impeccable. We did walk down the beach for some meals at Turtle Time, Sunshine and Lime. Took several of the hotels guided tours and enjoyed them. All in all a fantastic reunion. The one issue that the resort could work is the coordination between event accounting and room accounting. For example, room charges that had been prepaid showed up on family members rooms. A brother and sister were assigned a room with a king bed when the request was for two beds. And credit balances on events was not transferrable to room accounts. This should affect the rating but the staff, meals and location lead to five stars.

My wife and I enjoyed 1 week at the resort in November. We both had a great time relaxing beside the beach. Food accommodation and activities were all top class but you pay plenty for it. I've been lucky enough to stay in some fabulous resorts around the world this is easily the most expensive.

We were here two years ago and were excited to return. Four Seasons Nevis did not let us down, from the caring staff, to the overall resort experience we were more than delighted with our stay. The kids are always well cared for at their kids club. We did not want to leave! Excited to see ongoing improvements and to learn about the big plans for 2018.

This is a full blown 5 star beach resort. What we liked best was the comfortable and friendly service from all aspects of the resort. We really got the impression that they have been doing this for a long time and have the calm and comforting service across the resort down to an art form. My wife and I traveled with our three daughters ages 14, 11, and 8. We were sad to leave.

The resort is very welcoming as soon as you arrive. Someone takes you to your room, shows you everything, and your bags are delivered! There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. The activities off resort are easy to get to as well.

As you can see my first interaction with the FSN property wasn't all that great but we just came back from our vacation on Nevis and St. Kitts and all I can say about the service at the FS is that it was beyond spectacular !!!! I have travelled the world and I have never experienced the service like what I experienced at the FS. The concierge Jhaidel was amazing - he knew his stuff and even remembered my name after our first brief meeting which is not an easy task in itself. LOL The egg /omelet lady I believe her name was EmmaT (sp) but she could do wonders with eggs no matter what you wanted on or with them. Nevis is a great place if you want laid back but if you want a bunch of activities then this might bore you. If you go by taxi while you are there- I would recommend a driver named Teach who is a retired principal and he was not only gracious but gives you quite a quiz on multiple subjects.

We absolutely loved our trip to Nevis and the Four Seasons put the icing on the cake. Thank you to all the staff and everyone that made this a memorable visit. We renewed our vows on the beach, had a photographer, dinner in our cabana - the list goes on. The spa treatments were excellent - we highly recommend Spa Under the Stars to all couples. And who doesn't love the gelato bicycle? Golf was fun, and nature contributes with green velvet monkeys, hummingbirds, little lizards, flowers, etc. Thank you Four Seasons - we hope to return someday.

We had the lucky experience of spending 10 days celebrating our honeymoon at the Four Seasons Nevis. Thank you to all of the staff for your friendliness, professionalism and for making us feel incredibly special!!! You should be proud!! We were always referred to by name and made to feel that no request was a problem. We used the tennis facilities--top notch (albeit pricey)! Dave Wilson is an amazing pro who can adapt to any level. What a fun guy!! My husband (experienced) and I (beginner) took home some valuable lessons. We used the adult pool everyday. Marva spoiled us and made sure we were well looked after. Thanks for the cold cloths and Evian spritzes! We also enjoyed the walking paths (uphill and hot) through the golf course and villa areas--great for fitness and to see monkeys. The food is plentiful, healthy and readily available. We did go off the grounds to several other restaurants. Our fave was Indian Summer--amazing!! Also we did a tour of the island with Cavelle. Super informative and a huge history buff. I literally was in tears as we left the island. We must return!!!

We enjoyed 5 nights at this beautiful resort last week.It was just me and my 7 year old daughter and we were both celebrating our birthdays. We had a Mountain View room. It was beyond our expectations. Very spacious, super comfortable bed, a huge bathroom with bathtub and separate shower stall, and the views from the room overlooking the golf course with Mount Nevis in the background - just beautiful. There was the usual wet bar, a good amount of snacks and nice bathroom amenities. I thought that the room could have done with a regular coffee machine or small tea kettle instead of the fancy expresso machine that was there. It would Also have been nice to have a screen at the door leading to the balcony so we could enjoy the lovely breeze coming in without letting in all the bugs. Aside from those minor points we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. The grounds of the resort I have to mention. Beautiful, meticulously clean, just stunning all the flora and fauna. The beach is not the most beautiful and it appears to have taken a beating from the recent hurricanes. Lots of erosion. But still nice to lounge around, swim and partake in all the complimentary water sports. We had breakfast at Neve most mornings and did the buffet which was pretty good if a bit expensive. We had lunch most days by the family pool as we spent a lot of our time there. The food was okay. Sometimes hit and miss and long time waits for an order but the service was absolutely outstanding. Dinner we had one night at Neve and it was outstanding! I had a local fillet of snapper that was so delicious. We also did room service for breakfast and dinner the last night. Food very good, arriving within a reasonable time and always served with a smile. My daughter did the Kids Club a couple of times and I had to drag her away both times. She was completely engaged in the activities, she made friends and the caregivers were very kind. This gave me a chance to book some spa treatments and relax and enjoy knowing that my daughter was in great hands. Speaking of the spa, I booked a Radiance Bliss facial and a pedicure. The spa is a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility. Really lovely. Lesley did my facial and it was just okay. I honestly did not see much of a difference my skin afterwards and didn’t feel particularly pampered. I felt the same way about the pedicure. It was just okay for me. Nothing special. A bit disappointing but I did enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the space. Overall I would say that what makes this resort truly special and remarkable are its people. Without exception every single staff member we encountered made us feel special and they took care of our every need. Desiree met us at the dock upon our arrival late Wednesday night and she was so engaging and just lovely. After I told her that my daughter has a cup of warm milk before bed, without my asking she arranged to have a glass of warm milk delivered to our room every night. Jacqueline, the attendant at the family pool was another lovely soul. I so enjoyed meeting her and being taken care of by her. Nothing was too much. The ladies and gents at the concierge. Wonderful. Amazing. Compassionate. Efficient with a capital E. The lady who cleaned our room - Alexandra. So very sweet. Joan at concierge. So grateful for her personal service to us even before we set foot at the resort. First class service is truly what one gets at FS Nevis and that is what beckons us to return as soon as we can. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous resort and can not wait to go back.

We had a fabulous honeymoon at FS Nevis. I am already planning to book our anniversary trip for November 2018. We were especially blown away by the level of hospitality and genuine kindness provided by every person on staff. The guest rooms, restaurants, pools and beaches were fabulous. We literally have nothing negative to say.
