No luxury, not a paradise. We found the apartment ugly, stinky and unexpectedly gross. We turned around and walked out. We were deceived by the false advertising and lost the entire overcharged cost. But we expect and are willing to pay for luxury and they don’t have it here. Hotels.com is in on the deception, they wouldn’t assist.

Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
