Welcome to The Horizon’s Edge! The moment you step inside, you are greeted by breathtaking views that stretch from Leduck Island to the BVIs – Norman and Peter Island. With an open floor plan, every corner of this home showcases the panoramic beauty of Coral Bay’s mouth as it meets the ocean. And yes, there is AC throughout the entire house for your comfort.

As you soak in the scenery, you’ll also be serenaded by the soothing sounds of waves crashing against Friis Bay’s shores and feel the refreshing trade-wind breezes on the expansive deck. The view can’t be beat! Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean - there is not a more relaxing sound!

Horizon’s Edge features three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and remarkable views. Access is effortless with just three steps from the flat driveway to the entrance, making it convenient for those with mobility concerns. Interior stairs lead to the additional bedrooms and laundry room, providing both accessibility and privacy. There is a spacious dining area for six, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and soft-close drawers, and a cozy family room perfect for unwinding. The primary suite boasts a luxurious four-poster king bed, offering stunning sunrise views or the option for restful slumber with blackout curtains. The ensuite features an exquisite octopus penny tile mural in the shower, adding a touch of artistry to your stay.

While not ADA compliant, Horizon’s Edge offers several mobility-friendly features such as a flat driveway, minimal steps to the front door, a first-floor bedroom with ensuite, and wide doors. The road to access the villa is very manageable and parking is right in front of the main door. All rooms are under one roof - which is not always the case here on the island!

Located in Coral Bay, known as the “sleepy” side of the island, this villa is ideal for hikers, nature enthusiasts, snorkelers, and adventurers seeking outdoor experiences. Immerse yourself in the charm of Coral Bay’s down island vistas, encounters with wild donkeys, and occasional traffic jams caused by the island’s resident goats and sheep. Nearby, you’ll find a selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores, ensuring convenience during your stay. Our favorite Calabash Market, Skinny Legs (best cheeseburgers), and Salt Pond Beach are just minutes away.

Our home is very family friendly with coloring books, games, and a bracelet making kit for those moments of relaxing or rainy days. We also have a nice variety of books to read on the beach! Don't forget to feed our bananaquits that love to eat sugar from the bird feeder out front. We also have resident tortoises, donkeys and goats that will wander about the property!

Two coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs, paddle boards and towels are all provided for you so that you can make the most amazing memories here in St. John. Our house also has a hot tub.
