Luxurious Great room and 3 bedrooms featuring two with comfortable king beds and one bedroom that can be twin beds or king bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With 3 bathrooms equipped with modern amenities like a hairdryer and shower, everyone can freshen up in style. Two outdoor showers also. Heated Pool & spa. Whole home is on one level and wheelchair accessible. Automatic inline generator also. Whether you're relaxing in the spacious living area or taking in the tropical breeze on the outdoor terrace with screened lanai, this cool villa offers a tremendous retreat for your vacation. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our villa.

We had a small intimate wedding her in St. John, what a wonderful setting it was on Oppenheimer Beach at sunset. Our son & his new wife and parents all stayed here at the lovely Monarch Cottage! We've rented quite a few beach houses and Monarch is the best by far! Michelle and Jackie from Vacation Vistas made us feel right at home. And what a spectacular home it is! The gorgeous home to spend our special occasion. The house has everything you could possible want, in the kitchen so well stocked (with dishes etc.) the bedrooms, beach bags and beach chairs & floats. We used them all. The views, the relaxing atmosphere. We thank you for an unforgettable stay at Monarch Cottage. Many thanks. April 29 - May 4, 2026

Thank you for such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely delightful, luxurious and comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The kitchen was especially impressive, wonderfully equipped for cooking and relaxing meals at home. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, especially the beautiful views of the bay and the pool. It was such a relaxing location to unwind and take in the scenery. One of our favorite little surprises was the visiting iguana, who was always a fan to watch whenever we could spot him! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful house with us. We had an amazing time and gladly return! 5-19-26
