Fanned out atop a hillside overlooking Great Cruz Bay on St. John's south shore, EauSea boasts a wonderfully spacious floorplan and several downright glorious areas to entertain. Power outages, not a propblem. with six tesla batteries and solar system you never have to worry.
With an infinity-edge pool, plush bar pavilion, pool table, TV room, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, this villa is ideal for daytime relaxation or evening soirees.
EauSea's location makes for lots of lovely island breezes, and it's also a perfect jumping off point for exploring St. John. And for days when you're more in the mood to put your feet up than go out on adventures, this villa is definitely the place to be. A large great room and kitchen area is equipped with every modern convenience and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The four bedroom suites are private and richly appointed (three with outdoor showers), and each has its own secluded patio with a view of the sea. Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax and watch tv by the outdoor bar area or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid back nightlife.

One of our favorite places we have every stayed.
Beautiful views, Fantastic pool with the best layout for multiple couples. Each room was very private but then the common areas were amazing for the entire group to be together. Location was close to everything (town, ferry, hiking and catamaran). Property manager was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.
