Great location and great service. The owner managers were great. There was complementary water in the lobby 24/7 and fruit, coffee and pastries in the morning. The room was very clean. It can be loud during the evening hours due to the location in town.
So grateful for our stay here. Already planning our trip back and why would we stay anywhere else in Cruz Bay!
Perfect location, great service, clean and comfortable room!
Loved the convenient location in the midst of great restaurants, shopping, and car rentals in Cruz Bay. Since parking is scarce, we could actually park at our car rental office and easily walk to the hotel. Having that nearby parking was very helpful. The staff was great, and we appreciated being able to borrow beach gear and a cooler when we went out on our adventure each day. The outdoor patio and second floor deck were great places to hang out with friends and to enjoy our morning coffee.
Owners David and Denise were extremely helpful and took a personal interest in making our stay enjoyable. They provided not only useful information about what to see and do in St. John but also gear such as beach towels and chairs, coolers and umbrellas.
Wonderful staff and excellent location. This is the perfect place to stay in Cruz Bay.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They got us dinner reservations and helped us rent a car. We enjoyed talking to them about birding and bonefishing on St. John. The hotel had nice common areas and provided a good breakfast. The rooms, although small, were well decorated, cheery and comfortable. And the location, close to the ferry and many restaurants, can’t be beat.
I loved the location of this hotel in town. Nice if you want to be close to ferry, restaurants, island transportation to beaches, hiking trails, bars... Rooms are small but quaint. Lots of improvements in progress. Breakfast nice but simple. Pretty pastel colored decor
