Clean, Comfortable and Family Friendly!!

Our 1st floor apartment is perfect for a small family! The great room is a comfortable space with A/C, a dining table and space for watching TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities to cook any meal. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit and a queen bed. Outside is a covered porch with seating to relax outside. .
Our home is solar powered with battery backups that act as a generator for power outages
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of bedsheets is available on request.

This little house is what we needed. Jessie and Brian have everything you can think. It was absolutely clean, beds were comfy and they have chairs and coolers for the guests to use, which was perfect. Almost every afternoon we grab the chairs and just sat by the water in front of High Tide

The location was perfect! Close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. This was our second time staying at this awesome home. It is immaculate and set back from the road with trees bordering the property so it’s very private and serene. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. There is a separate structure housing the laundry facilities, amazing! Love it here

The VRBO unit was very clean and nicely kept. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The unit is located close to Cruz Bay. It was a great place to stay.

The listing was just as described, but if I’m being honest it was even better in person. It was so clean! The location is perfect, a few minutes outside of Cruz Bay makes easy access to the ferry, dining, and shopping. Jessica and family were extremely kind and accomodating. We will definitely be back

This was the prefect getaway. House was spotless, had everything we could need, andJessie was a great comunicator. The area was beatiful and quiet. I will say that getting into the driveway was tricky and scary the 1st time. I couldn't see it at all from my side if the car, but my navigator could. After that, no problem at all.

We could not be happier with our stay. We were there for 2 weeks, perfect location, house is set back from the road and is very private. Cute little laundry room next to the house. A porch with beautiful flowers out front that humming birds love to visit. There is no pool which bummed out my husband but it became a non-issue for sure!! We will be back

Chocolate hole is full of tropical awesomeness

We loved the chocolate hole experience! Private quite comfortable and the perfect place to relax after a beautiful day snorkeling at the beach or swimming with sharks!! Most beaches are easily accessible within 15 minutes. The owners gave us a lot of helpful pre-plan tips ahead of time for a stress free relaxing vacation! Would definitely stay again! & it’s Teaming with wildlife. It’s not everywhere can look outside the window and see white tailed deer, chickens, iguanas!

Vacationing with children, this is your home away from home. Conveniently located for our wants and needs. Full kitchen which was great for breakfasts and preparing lunches, close to supermarket.
