The expansive outdoor living spaces feature multiple dining areas, a grill, sun loungers, a swimming pool, and a soothing hot tub. Located just 8–10 minutes by car from Cruz Bay, Phoenix by the Sea is a private, laid-back house where you can relax, dine outdoors, and make unforgettable island memories in a home full of warm, authentic Caribbean character.
