Upon arrival had to pay an extra charge for potential damage that will only be removed from credit card in 7-10 days. The only elevator in hotel was broken and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs - no offer of help; no apology. There was no lighting beside the sofa in the room. No soap provided for second sink in room. No plug beside the bed (for phone charging).

We appreciated that it had restaurant a step away as we weren’t familiar with St Jerome . The service was amical. The only issue we had was the room doors really banged hard next door to us . Overall stay was fine . We also appreciated the included morning breakfast .

The pool was pretty with the lights at night. The little waterslide was alot of fun. The outdoor spa was fun and relaxing.
