Small apartment
Pros: great location right by Porthminster beach, very comfortable bed, faux clay tennis courts nearby (£15pr hr) & well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook. Parking is also nearby with good instructions from the host.
Cons - tiny in size and tired in places (bathroom floor and torn carpet need replacing) plus cleaning prior to arriving could have been better we had to wash all the crockery as it was dirty. Most hosts in holiday apartments at least leave tea bags for guests when they arrive!! This property is also up a steep hill and 4 sets of stairs which was fine for us but may not suit other people

Super-komfortabel & top Lage
Sehr modern und funktional, für zwei Personen perfekt. Waschmaschiene, Badewanne, iTV, Küche mit allem Drum und Dran, 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, 10 Minuten bis zum Hafen, alles sauber und im tadellosen Zustand. Kondition für den Aufstieg zur Wohnung solte man mitbringen. Und Stichpunkt Auto: Die steile, sehr enge Zufahrtsstraße zum Parkplatz ist etwas für die ganz, ganz Harten - beim dritten Mal hatte wir aber schon keine Angst mehr ;-)
