This charming cottage ideally located in the heart of Downalong, St Ives. Burrow Cottage has been beautifully decorated to a contemporary standard across three bedrooms whilst still retaining the character and charm of a traditional fisherman’s cottage something the Downalong area is well known for. The surrounding narrow cobbled streets lead you to St Ives’ famous beaches, iconic galleries and popular restaurants, making it a perfect setting for a coastal escape with family and friends. As a dog-friendly holiday home, it ensures everyone can enjoy a memorable Cornish getaway.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a stylish and sociable hub of the home. The modern living space features a chic sofa set against the property’s original stone wall, blending contemporary comfort with rustic charm. A Smart TV and coffee table complete the space, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. The adjoining dining area includes a table with seating for six, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings together. The well-equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay as easy as possible, with a full range of appliances including an electric hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you will have everything you need at your fingertips.

Upstairs, the cottage offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, features a king-size bed, ensuite shower room and additional furnishings including a dressing table and two armchairs positioned beneath bright windows. On the first floor, there are two further double bedrooms, both equipped with Smart TVs and ample storage. A family bathroom with shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail serves the property. The master bedroom offers an ensuite which has a shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture

Burrow Cottage sits above an apartment Little Burrows. However, Burrow Cottage has its own private entrance on Burrow Road and there are no interconnecting doors between the two properties.
