Our stay was fantastic! From the moment you step off the boat, the staff are outstanding. Bright smiles, call you by name, meet every need and go way beyond a visitor's expectations. The food is fresh, the rooms are clean, plenty of kayaks and paddle boards to use. You can't truly appreciate how special this island and resort are until you visit!!!

One of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Shaka Caye is the perfect place for peace, quiet, and being completely pampered. From personalized service and incredible excursions to amazing food and stunning sunsets, everything was exceptional. Shaka Caye (pronounced “Key” for the ignorant to proper pronunciation like myself), was absolute paradise. My wife and I had an amazing vacation. Whether you go just to relax on the beach like we did or want to plan as many excursions as possible, there really is something for everyone. The staff are all so kind and helpful. The chef was amazing. Special shoutout to Daisy, Percy, Roddy, and Michael who were there for most of, if not all, of our stay, It’s A+ service, minimal thinking required, just sit back and enjoy. We will definitely come back.

Shaka Caye is a hidden gem; if you want to have a non-chaotic, very personalized vacation where the staff treat you like you are the only person on the island, Shaka Caye is the perfect location. The staff know you by name, the rooms are kept very clean, the food was absolutely amazing (I will say that the food might have been my favorite part of the trip!), and you have a beach almost to yourself. My stay at this island resort was exactly what I needed! The room was very nice and clean. The staff was incredible, and there were lots of options for excursions for the more adventurous people. I am usually adventurous, but my goal for this trip was solitude and relaxation. This resort gave me just that. The only thing my days revolved around was meals which are brought right to you wherever you want. And the food was fantastic!!! Highly recommend this resort. Be prepared for mosquitos and sand flies! I got eaten alive, but it didn’t bother me much.

All of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food was very good with options for each meal. The island is small which creates a secluded and private setting. They provide a lot of options if you want to do excursions but the island is also great for relaxing.

It was a delightful private small island. Only accessible by boat, so if you want to get away from it all this place is for you! Excellent staff, good food for a resort, and with capacity only for 35 guests you may find yourself completely alone like we did for our first few days. Kayak over to a private beach and swim with the fish (no sharks!) overall a very relaxing vacay!

If you are looking for a quiet vacation, a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, this is the great place. The staff is amazing, royalty treatment! Definitely recommend and already thinking on going back and make more memories. The food was amazing, many options and the snacks in between were delicious! Cottages are cute and cozy, plenty of space and the view is amazing. Nothing but good stuff to say about this place, the staff and the experience itself.
