‘Tween Waters is a secluded & tranquil home for relaxing with family and friends.
Newly completed in 2024, ‘Tween Waters is a family home we wish to share with you.
‘Tween Waters is surrounded by age-old turpentine pines (you can see the scars on
some of the trees where turpentine was harvested) only a short walk to the beach.
There are nesting sites for blue herons, owls (fledglings from last year are still here),
and you may see a Bald Eagle from the massive outdoor patio-porch during your stay,
making it ideal for nature lovers. The serene woodland setting is enhanced by the bay
view and boasts a home with a generous-sized open floor plan. With three cozy
bedrooms everyone has a private place. Two King bedroom suites provides a touch of
luxury, while the surrounding woods and bay views from all the bedrooms offers a
tranquil backdrop for a peaceful retreat.

Newly built, the kitchen makes mealtime a breeze: upgraded stainless steel appliances
including dishwasher, granite countertops and fully stocked with dishes, cookware and
utensils.
The modern architectural design features an open floor plan that exudes both elegance
and comfort. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a wall of curved windows
providing a 180-degree view. A large screen TV in the family room, paired with over
sized sofa and armchairs, ensures a relaxed entertainment space.
Gatherings are a delight in the great room dining area, where an expansive table seats
up to 8 guests comfortably.
The first master king bedroom offers its own TV, vanity, and is completed with a spa-like
bath. An oversized with a fully tiled, walk-in shower with glass surround and vintage
bathtub add a touch of luxury to your experience. There is direct access to the massive
outdoor patio-porch from the bedroom.
The second master king bedroom is a private retreat, with direct access to the massive
outdoor patio-porch providing flexibility and privacy. The room directly connects to the
second bathroom with a fully tiled, massive walk-in shower room, granite vanity and
mood lighting.
The third queen bedroom also has an all-around outdoor view and features a
cantilevered porch. This is a serene private walk-out veranda which overlooks a large
nature area with an osprey nest nearby.
