Welcome to Turtles' Paradise, a stunning beachfront retreat set within The Plantation on St. George Island. Designed for effortless coastal living, this 7-bedroom home blends comfort, space, and luxury across multiple levels, creating a setting where large families and groups can gather while still enjoying privacy, quiet moments, and sweeping Gulf views. From the moment you arrive, the rhythm of the island takes over—salt air, soft breezes, and just steps to the calming presence of the water.
First Floor The first floor is devoted to peaceful rest and privacy, featuring 4 beautifully appointed bedroom suites. Three of these are king suites, each offering its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private television, creating a hotel-like experience within a private home. A fourth suite on this floor features a queen bed, its own TV, and a master bathroom with a shower, making it ideal for couples or guests who prefer easy access without stairs.
Second Floor The second floor brings together 2 more king suites, both designed as serene sanctuaries with private master bathrooms and direct access to the covered deck. These rooms invite you to step outside to breathe in the salt air before the day begins. (Note: Both bedrooms are located on the North side of the house.)
Third Floor On the top floor, the home becomes a playful retreat for younger guests and a relaxed hangout space for the whole group. A dedicated children's playroom features 2 twin beds, creating a fun and cozy sleep space, alongside a foosball table for endless entertainment. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, as well as a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and microwave—perfect for late-night snacks, movie nights, or casual gatherings without needing to go downstairs.
Kitchen, Dining & Living Spaces The main floor is where the home truly comes alive. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are wrapped in natural light and framed by expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for every type of stay, whether you're preparing quick beach breakfasts or full family dinners, and includes multiple coffee options for every preference. The dining space flows seamlessly into the living room, where plush seating, a large television, and inviting coastal design create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights, game nights, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. Large windows and deck access ensure the beach is always part of your experience, even when indoors.
Outdoor Living Outside, the property transforms into a private resort. A fenced pool offers sun-soaked relaxation, while a 6-person hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind under the stars. A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach, making spontaneous walks to the shoreline effortless. The outdoor shower allows for easy rinsing after sandy adventures, and the fish cleaning area and dual grills create the perfect setup for fresh seafood cookouts and evening gatherings. Covered decks stretch along the home, offering panoramic Gulf views and shaded spaces for coffee, cocktails, and sunset watching.
