The main upstairs living area offers an open concept for everyone to sit around and enjoy, just off the living room area is a large open deck for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf views or those beautiful starry nights. The dining room area is open to the kitchen and living room with an attached screened in area for entertaining. The use of the homes elevator makes for the access of your stay a breeze! After a long day at the beach, relax at your own private oasis with a large 12 x 24 private pool and spill over spa. Last but not least, the community beach boardwalk is just a short walk from the home, making your beach access a super easy one. Perfect Beach House!

We stayed here with a group of 13! The layout was perfect with four master bedrooms each with an attached bath, and the top level kids zone with another full bathroom. There was a pack n play and high chair for an infant which was great! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make several meals for the week! The ocean views were spectacular and we saw dolphins daily! The heated private pool and hot tub were a big hit with our group too given we visited in October. The beach access was very close, so it was not a hassle at all to go back and forth from the beach to the house if need be. The kayaks were a nice addition and so fun for everyone. The property is about a 10 minute drive back through the gated community so you’re about 15 mins away from the restaurants, and stores. The grocery stores on the island fairly pricey with limited selections so we went over to Apalachicola for the Piggly Wiggly! Everyone had a great time and loved the trip! We will be back!

Wonderful vacation house

We enjoyed our stay, the view was very pretty, easy and short walk to the beach. All amenities, including beach items and kayaks were a plus! The only update we would suggest is the mattresses on the 3 bottom floor beds. They were thin and squeaky. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break

We had 3 families stay for the week. The house was great. Location to the beach was nice, the pool was good, the house had most everything we needed. The main level had enough room for everyone to sit (we had 12 in our group). The bedrooms all had baths attached. It was nice to have a dedicated kids room. The pool area had plenty of seating and a table. We chose to have it heated with the cooler daily temps, so that was a nice option. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It was a great stay for us.
