Comfortably appointed and maintained for family enjoyment and relaxation in mind. Access the elevator from the ground level entry for easy off-loading of belongings and groceries. There is a nice bunk room and a half bath at the ground level, perfect for those younger members of the family. The first level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath, and a large laundry room. This level has a large covered deck and stairs to the beach. The second level is designed with a lovely open kitchen, dining and living room with hardwood floors throughout this level. There is also a large master bedroom and full bath on the top floor and elevator is accessible from all levels. Top level has a large open sun deck, perfect for taking amazing gulf views and lounging on a warm sunny day.
