Bright and cheery decor throughout, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and new outdoor furniture make this unit top of its class. The direct unobstructed gulf views are amazing and the unit is perfectly situated to have direct access to the community swimming pool, which sits right out front of this unit. The king size bedroom is tucked up and away for a restful slumber, 1 full bath off the entry and bedroom, and the laundry room with a stack washer/dryer is off the closet in the kitchen. Guests to the 300 Ocean Mile beachfront community have two large community swimming pools they may use and multiple boardwalks for easy beach access. K-5 is the perfect place for a couple to get away and enjoy some private time.

Loved the view. It’s a nice place! Did not like the sliding door. It sticks and it’s hard to close. Internet was not working for us but the sweet gal next door said join a close network and use the password and it was so much better! I loved the king size bed - very comfy!
