Beautiful view
The condo was located in a perfect spot. We walked out the deck door and it was a straight shot to the ocean or the pool.
The sliding door really needs some repair and the place could use some touch ups.
It would be nice to have a couple beach chairs available to be able to sit on the beach. With flying, it's impossible to transport.
We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was cooler than we expected but still got in our daily beach walks on this gorgeous beach. The unit has a great view of the water and pool right outside the door. Quiet and relaxing.

What makes this, is the view
Traveled to the property and prior to arrival I was sent a text with check-in information, however townhouse letter and number were not listed in text. Door code was not initially working, however after contacting the host the code worked. I will say, the host was fast in communicating with me via text. The beach house has room for improvement. The property was not clean, the ceiling fans were full of dust, windows were dirty, the dining table was sticky, and some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Additionally, the sliding door doesn’t slide freely, one of the cabinet drawers is broken, and the base of the toilet is leaking water.
The view of the property is gorgeous! The beach is steps away from the townhouse, as advertised. The community is quiet and there was ample parking for our group. The pool is also right by the home. The home has a lot of potential, however it needs some serious TLC.

Great location
This condo is situated perfectly right near the state park. Home could have been cleaner. We brought our own Clorox wipes and wiped everything down, and after wiping the cabinets down they were brown. There was also quite a bit of dust and hair behind some of the furniture. The only mirror in the whole condo Is in the bathroom. Having another mirror hung somewhere else would be helpful when several people are trying to get ready. Maybe Put one in the hall or in the bedroom. There is no need for the armoire and the chest of drawers in the bedroom. You could remove the chest of drawers or put it in the closet. It was very cramped walking to the far side of the bed.

The complex was very nice.
We loved St. George Island. We usually go to Destin and we really liked not having the crowds. I loved the condo complex and the beaches. Being able to bring our dogs and them be able to go on the beach was great. Our condo was a bit dated and needed some upgrades because the kitchen sink leaked and a lot of lights were our and there was a tile in the bathroom that was completely loose. But it was comfortable and had all that we needed. It was for sale so I am assuming the new owners will upgrade it.
