EXTERIOR AMENITIES
The exterior of this home offers under-house, concrete parking and a covered entry. The private sparkling pool with large deck offers comfortable seating with chaise lounges and a patio table for al fresco dining. An outdoor shower is perfect at day's end and the fish cleaning area with park-style grill is provided for preparing that “Fresh from Florida” catch of the day. An enclosed laundry room with washer/dryer is on the ground floor.

INTERIOR TOUR
Covered exterior stairs lead to this home's bright and airy interiors. The first floor's open living/dining/kitchen floor plan features comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace provides warmth and ambiance for guests visiting during cooler months on the Forgotten Coast.

Two sets of French doors open to the large screened porch with beautiful Bay views, comfortable seating and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Back inside, the well appointed kitchen has plenty of counter space for the chef in your party. A breakfast bar that seats 2 is perfect for morning coffee.

The dining table seats 6 for meals, games and puzzles and is sure to be a favorite gathering place to visit with family and friends while making beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime. Sleeping accommodations feature the NW king bedroom with flat screen TV, full private bathroom with separate shower and garden tub and direct access to the screened deck. The SW king bedroom offers a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and deck access serves the other bedrooms and common areas. Stairs lead up to the loft that sleeps 2 in twin beds and a desk for remote workers and learners provides a space to work while visiting the Island.

Return to Moonlight Bay

We stayed at Moonlight Bay in 2020. We stayed at a couple other SGI properties since and nothing else compares. Moinlight Bay is our favorite.

We really loved this property. The home's size was perfect for a family of four, the location was amazing and quiet with very kind neighbors, and the views were breath taking. The only unfortunate thing that happened was when we arrived Saturday evening, we quickly found fleas in the upstairs carpeted loft. They bit my son all on his feet and ankles and bc he placed all his bags and bedding on the floor, they also were in all his belongings, so we had to wash and dry everything that evening. We immediately contacted property manager (around 5:30pm after arriving at 5pm) and sadly because it was Saturday evening and Monday was memorial Pest Control could not come until Tuesday AM. The property manager was so kind and quickly responsive, the pest company was also extremely kind. They offered the best they could based on scheduling. We had to stay out of the home for 4 hours on Tuesday while it was fumigated, which was an inconvenience due to heat and our dogs. Pet friendly homes are very important to us and we treat our dogs monthly with vet prescribed medicine and also had a flea treatment bathing prior to trip (we always do this). Not all owners are this diligent, thus the situation our family found after prior renters. I appreciate the kindness of Gulf Coast Management and the Pest Control. We have stayed at St George for 15 years, always in pet friendly homes - this was our first ever encounter with fleas, so I guess we could consider ourselves lucky.

Moonlight Bay

We loved the property. Exactly as listed. Very conveniently located. Definitely enjoyed ride by a golf cart to the island’s attractions. Can walk to the beach from the property. Approximately 5 blocks. It was perfect for 4 adults & 3 children. Having the pool was another great benefit!! Would definitely rent again!

Family Vacation

My sister and her family had rented at another location on the island. It was our first time visiting. We had 4 adults and 2 children plenty enough room and we found games and dominoes to occupy them before heading downstairs to swim or go to the beach.
