Horrible experience by Vacasa. Horrible customer service
My entire trip was bad from the beginning. From the start it wasn’t good. The refrigerator didn’t cool down. We had to put the groceries in the freezer just where they wouldn’t go bad. I called them and no one came to look at it. We found multiple spiders and water bugs. It was missing electrical covers on a few outlets. That could be very dangerous to a child. The bathrooms had horrible mildew/mold. The ping pong table was going to collapse at anytime. The property wasn’t maintained. We had to evacuate after only 1 day being there and I’m still trying to get a refund from Vacasa. Horrible experience.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the decks and widows peak. If it was warmer we would have taken advantage of all the beach equipment. Would stay again.

New Years stay
We loved the set up of this house, our group had 3 couples, 1 single and 1 teen. The house has 4 bedrooms which meant that each of us had our own room and my teen son stayed upstairs in the loft. Two of the bedrooms had it's own bath which was so nice. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. I haven't seen a place with 2 dining tables but it worked out great for us! We did puzzles and played games on the smaller table and ate at the larger table. I will miss the 2 table set up if we stay anywhere else.
The location was perfect, a few short blocks to the beach and away from the busy part of the island. Loved the screen porch and sunrise/sunset views!
This place is at the top of our list for future stays and will definitely be back!
