New to the rental market in Summer 2024! We are lucky to have an unobstructed view of the gulf, but still able to offer 'across the street' pricing. There is a sand path to the beach directly across the street from our home which allows for easy access to the beach. You can also view the beach from the home's 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.

Our home is located across the street from beautiful east end beaches with a quiet section of beach. 4 Bedroom, 4 bath, plus two additional half baths. Sleeps 10. Enjoy beach views from one of two covered porches, or from the ground level poolside screened in patio, which has a large picnic table for outdoor dining. There are 6 chaise lounge chairs, plus additional seating poolside, as well as a smaller picnic table. Choose between full sun or cool shade on the pool deck.

Amenities include: Fully stocked chef's kitchen, huge pantry, gas stove, free wi-fi, smart TVs, elevator, large saltwater pool, 2nd full size refrigerator, outdoor kitchen with wood fired pizza oven, gas grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, golf cart friendly area, 2 sets of washers and dryers, and 8 beach chairs for your use.

Beautifully appointed, professionally decorated with high end furnishings with ample space for extended family members. The well-appointed kitchen enjoys granite countertops, two sinks, warming drawer, pot filler faucet over stove, convection microwave and oven. The dining room table seats 10. The kitchen breakfast bar seats four and is perfect for coffee and conversations and also works for a quick snack or puzzles and games. We provide a high chair as well. The dining and living area enjoys direct access to the covered porch with plenty of seating and a patio table. There is a powder room for guests on the main level.

All of the bedrooms have a full, private bath. The bedrooms have extra-large closets with built in drawers and plenty of hangers. Bedroom 1 on the top level has a King, Tempur-Pedic mattress, a large walk-in closet, it's own laundry room with full size washer and dryer, sitting area with a loveseat and a twin trundle and a private balcony to take in expansive Gulf views. Bedroom 2 is on the main level and has private access to the main porch, King size Tempur-Pedic mattress, double vanity in the bathroom and a large, glass walk in shower. Bedrooms 3 & 4 also have full, private bathrooms and built in drawers in the closest. There is also a pack-n-play portable crib for indoor use (please do not take it to the beach).

The pool level entrance has a half bathroom, towel hooks, cubbies for sandy shoes and storage. The Elevator stops on all floors. Please pay special attention to the instructions if using the elevator; no children under 14 are allowed to operate the elevator.

The huge deck, which goes the complete length of the home, has ample seating and overlooks the large saltwater pool (pool heating fee is an additional $500) and also the breathtaking views of the gulf.

There is a covered area with a gas grill and an authentic wood fired pizza oven. Inside the screened-in patio is a sideboard, a large picnic table, a work station and a sink. There is a 2nd full size refrigerator for pool side drinks and extra cold storage. There are cafe lights for evening meals. The outdoor shower is located under the home for convenient use while grilling, swimming or lounging by the pool. There is plenty of parking available. The fish station is perfect for cleaning all of those Reds and Pompano that you caught!

Maximum occupancy for our home is 10 at all times. No group events. Absolutely no pets.
