Despite the crazy wind all week we enjoyed our first trip to SGI. The cottages are in a great location. We loved staying there. The only negatives were that the shared wall is very thin and we could hear conversations through the wall. We had 2 nights where my daughter couldn’t sleep because there were 2 little kids next door screaming and banging around all night. The cottage could use some fixing up a little too. There is space around the doors and our first night there someone was using the grill and the smoke was blowing right into the bedroom under the door. We still enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again one day.

The setup is very nice, as one unit is private enough for a couple, but the complex is perfect for a family trip, as we met a family staying in the other three units.
