AMERICAN PIE is the quintessential beachfront home, recently remodeled in 2021 with fresh new interior paint, new beds, new mattresses, new bedding and new decor and furnishings throughout, upgraded internet, cable and TVS, and even retro small appliances in keeping with the old-fashioned 50s vibe! New outdoor enclosed shower with rain head and wand and now the house is Dog friendly! The decor takes you back in time to when things were slower with a most relaxing atmosphere that speaks of a time when life wasn't so hectic and life was as sweet as pie!

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, VCR, stereo/CD player, tile flooring in living, kitchen and dining, carpet in bedrooms, jetted tub in master bath, screened porch, large covered deck and sun decks, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning station with sink, private boardwalk to beach.
