Great Place!!

The owners were so quick to respond and great at communicating. The place was beautiful and clean! The lagoon and pool were so fun! My kids are already begging to go back and stay in that same condo!

There was a lot of dog hair on the ground, especially in the kitchen/living room area. We had to use the vacuum to clean it up and almost filled the container.

Great getaway

Clean and spacious with balcony view on top floor. Balcony view was nice but unfortunately time of the year made it a little cold. Facing the north made it shady all day. No amenities were outstanding and the oversized pool was one of the coolest things I’ve seen.

Wonderfully equipped condo for family and pet

We stayed here for a long weekend, myself and my husband and our 25lb cocker spaniel! Everything was fantastic, comfy king bed, kitchen is very organized and equipped with many cooking appliances! Balcony is a nice seating area, with plenty of space for family dinner ! Things to note: overhead lights are very bright so we don’t use them much, just the floor lamp. AC vent is semi loud while watching tv. Very minor, I still would recommend this place :)

To much white

The condominium was nice and clean but it needs either some lamps or dimmer switches to tone down the lights. The light is to harsh with the white walls and bright white lights on.

Disappointed by Misleading Amenities – Won’t Return

The unit itself was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-maintained. It’s located on the third floor, which wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth noting there are no elevators.Unfortunately, our overall experience was soured by misleading or missing information about the amenities and policies. Check-in was scheduled for 4pm, but the keypad didn’t work until 4:14pm – not a huge deal, but not the smoothest start either.The listing described access to a “lagoon,” which we knew was unheated, but it was completely unusable – not even remotely swimmable despite the outdoor temps being in the mid-80s. The only heated pool is very small and inadequate for the size of the community. We visited just after spring break and there were still no seats available. Towels were left out saving spots (many not even in use), making it even more frustrating. Our keypad also didn’t work for pool access, so we had to request another card.What was most frustrating were the strict, unlisted rules – no alcohol allowed at the pool or lagoon, and they were actively checking bags at the entrance. None of this was disclosed in the listing. It made it feel less like a relaxing vacation and more like being monitored at a public facility. Due to the overcrowding and poor atmosphere, we ended up using pools off-site. One particularly disturbing moment was seeing a child throw up in the pool, and the staff member nearby was too distracted playing with a Rubik’s Cube to take action.
