Had a wonderful stay at this condo! We've stayed in this complex before and enjoyed have the 2nd bedroom and extra space. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Very nice property and fantastic amenities at the complex. Will stay again next time we are in the area!

Nice little cozy spot right next to the pool. Hosts were great and fast at communicating when needed. All the kitchen essentials, and everything we needed. All the grocery stores were within 10 minutes. There's a great all abilities park for children within a 10 minute drive as well. The pool and clubhouse is a really relaxing nice environment, also being kid friendly. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience.

The property is exactly as shown in pictures and its very easy to find. We had arrived early so I reached out to the owner and we were able to check in 2 hours early! Very clean and located it a good quite area of St. George!

The towels at this unit smelled stale. There was an odor that you could smell from the garbage disposal too. And the shower in the hallway bathroom appeared to have mildew on the floor.

It was a super good apartment and it was perfectly located to go out and enjoy the good weather of st george. Unfortunately they were working on the pickleball courts while we were there, but other than that everything was great!

Great golf get away

The location of this place is within 10 minutes of multiple great golf courses! The amenities were great plenty to do during your time not golfing, the adults only pool was not heated so if you’re into the ice bath thing it was perfect for that with a very hot hot tub next to it! Highly recommend this location for a quick golf getaway

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

The toilets had dirty ring inside them until I cleaned them. There was no deep cleaning in the condo leaving build up around the faucets, where the toilet seat connects to the toilet base, baseboards. There was a strong smell coming from the kitchen sink. The property amenities are dated, the hot tub was uninviting at best. The mattresses were old an uncomfortable, my husband is a side sleeper and had a rib go out which required an adjustment, this has never happened to him before. When leaving the property I was checking the gap between the couch cushions in case kids had left anything and found the gaps full of crumbs of whatever. The owner did not respond to any of my attempts to communicate with them. And when I had book the property I was in a hurry, did not see that the price had jumped $100 per night from the original listing price. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Great Accommodations

The condo was clean and comfortable with ammenities that we needed. It was furnished well and decorated pleasantly. We used the pool and wanted to play pickle ball, but didn't have the time because of other things we were doing. The hosts were very gracious. Cleanup and checkout were as easy as checkin. Will see if this is available the next time my timeshare in St, George is not.

This was a decent quality place in a great location. Felt like they had the bare minimum products like towels, bedding, and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked, and being in the basement of this building didn't ever bother us.
