At first glance it seems a little rough around the edges but overall not to bad

It’s ok for one night if you tired 😄

Someone else's partially consumed fast food was left in the refrigerator. Pillow case had smudges. Floor hairy. Bedding had foul odor. Drapes wouldn't fully close. Door deadbolt didn't function. Shower was not clean. Difficult to find place to plug in to recharge (had to move a side table to access electric outlet).

I liked the room setup. It was nice to have a full sized fridge and freezer. It is an older motel that could use some renovation but not bad for it's age. The bed NEEDS to be replaced. It is old and sags in the middle.

Do not stay here! Dirty and not up to COVID standard. Go somewhere else...anywhere but here.

The Sands was in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything and they have the coolest neon in town!

It was a cheap room for a quick stop on the road. They allow you to use the indoor pool and hot tub b at the motel next door b cause they own it too, but it is so n pretty rough shape.

Cold room, beat up property, lukewarm water at best. Very low water pressure. Breakfast doesn't start till 7 a.m., the door I've completely lost its front seal, so you could see outside underneath the front door.

While the room seemed very clean at first, after sitting and watching TV for a bit I noticed cockroaches coming out of every crevice it seemed. Crawling on the floor and walls. Can't really expect much for $40 a night. But unless you're in a pinch I wouldn't recommend staying here

Desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. Hotel was dirty. Worried about getting bed bugs.

This hotel was fine for a 1 night stay but the shower had nearly zero pressure and didn't get hot. The bed was hard but the WiFi speed was good.

The motel amenities were severely outdated. The AC had buttons missing and was barely functional, there was no microwave and coffee maker. The staff was not friendly but were attentive to our concerns and tried to make our stay as good as possible.

When checking in we were greeted by pleasant young man making check in painless. Trying to park by room was another story. Spaces small even for a mid size car and parking area congested. Room was pleasant, except if it's raining, like it was the night we checked in, there is no carpet by door when entering. Left floors wet and slippery. Cute little kitchenette and extra storage in bedroom for belongings. Would be great for extended stay purposes. Bathroom clean and updated. The rooms are a joining by just a light weight door with a large gap at bottom, which when your neighbor had light on, in came into your area . Overall I would stay there again if in the area.

The owners were rude, aloof, spoke very little English, and lacked any friendly hospitality. They were irritated and acted 'put out' if you had any questions or concerns. The check-in office stinks terribly as do the rooms!!! We had to air it out immediately, it left a stench on our clothing, I actually had to buy air freshener to keep in the room. The shower is small, uncomfortable, and looks as if a child did the 'remodeling'. The sheets had holes in them, the fridge didn't work, there was no coffee in the room, they offered shampoo pouches, irritated if you asked for an extra towel, that stunk like old mildew. The walls and doors to the room are so light weight that the drunk neighbor kept us awake all night. We could even hear the main street when cars passed. The ONLY reason I stayed is because the entire city of St. George and surrounding towns were booked because of the many different tournaments they were hosting. As revenge, I may only suggest this place to my worst enemy. They really ought to tear down the entire building!!!

Muy agradable descansamos a gusto, comodo, buena ubicación y el desayuno nejo e q otros q me he hospedado sin duda algo bueno y a precio muy accesible
