The Space:
This beautiful three-bedroom suite is handicap accessible with elevator access! The shower is wheelchair accessible, and the kitchen has slightly lowered counters. This home was built to be comfortable and accommodating whether you have a disabled family member! Estancia Resort is family-friendly and offers a large pool, playground, hot tub, pickleball, and basketball courts. Located directly across from one of the most significant BLM recreation lands in Utah, it is perfect for hiking, biking, and ATV riding. If you would rather relax during your stay, feel free to walk over to the Melted Spa for a world-class massage.
Private balcony, BBQ grill, full kitchen, and dining room. Wheelchair-accessible shower. Outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and children's playground. This condo was so nice for our family. There was lots of space, it was really clean and the resort was a fun location for our family.

VERY NICE CONDO

The condo had a nice layout of rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool & hot tub, which were close by. The staff was very responsive to all emails/messages. The initial supply of shapmoo, body,wash, conditioner, and wash cloths (only 3 for up to 10 residents), coffee mugs was very limited but they delivered them next day. It would be nice for a table/night stand on each side of the bed as most people need them for phones/Ipads. One of the ladies used a chair and the other one got the small table from the living room to put by their beds. Some more glassed would be nice. The microwave above the stove didn't work so they put a small one to the left. 4 of us tried for 15 minutes to get the temperature to 72 but couldn't figure it out so it stayed @ 70 (one thing they didn't get back to us right away as to how to change it.) The last day we did get a call to be able to turn it up to 80 degrees. I suggested they include how to change the thermostat in their instructions in the book. No eating or drinking in the living room and bedrooms was difficult to get used to but I was the police on that one! It was a very nice condo with well supplied pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

PRO: Nice, clean, well maintained. CON: In the room for handicapped people the bed needed to be at least a food lower. Just too high for handicapped guests

Disappointing

This is considered an ADA condo, shower was fine but the bedroom attached to the ADA bathroom has a bed that is at least 40 inches high and a person in a wheelchair could not independently get into the bed. Most ADA rooms have a bed between 17 and 25. The place was very dirty, i have pictures. Owner promised to have it cleaned and didnt. Refused to return our cleaning fee. It had a lot of potential but the filthinesd was such that I would never go back. Also the place was not inchesin height
