This well-designed property boasts a large kitchen and two outdoor living spaces, providing ample room for everyone to enjoy. The main level features the master bedroom and a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, making it convenient for guests to dine in during their vacation. Step out onto the lower back patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Upstairs, there's additional outdoor patio space on the upper balcony, featuring a seating area with lounge chairs to relax and enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon at any time of the day.

Southern Utah's outdoor attractions, including Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away), offer a breathtaking backdrop for exploration. For nighttime entertainment, catch a play at the Tuacahn theater located just 10 miles away.

A Perfect Fall Break Get away

We stayed here over fall break and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room to accomodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook a few meals there which was very nice. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and pickle ball courts were a hit with the kids.
