The place was poorly kept and upon arrival there wasn’t anyone yo check in, we were referred to a self check in box on the side of the building. No one available for amenities and the lady that would text over the phone to get updates was extremely demanding and rude. I booked because of the high ratings but definitely a place to stay away from. Carpet is dirty and smelly and the restroom vent wasn’t working so the room smelled like mold.

It was a very clean, comfortable room..All the essentials were generously provided and it even had a kitchenette. Our host was easily accessible by text and she made accommodations for a later.than expected arrival. Very pleased.

The room was clean but the fridge was noisy everytime it ran in the night. The next morning the cleaning staff was talking very loud about 730 in the morning which we were trying to sleep in a little because of the noisy night.

What a wild ride. There were aggressive signs all over, in all caps, riddled with typos. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I followed the instructions on the sign and let the shower run on hot for 25 minutes before getting in but it was still freezing cold. But the koi pond was cool so 2 stars instead of 1.

We love this motel!! It has wonderful linens and towels, feather pillows and it is super clean!! Shower is great and all of the gels, shampoos and soaps are topnotch. High quality coffee in the room as well. Two thumbs way up!

Check in time was 3pm so we measured our 9 hour drive from Boise to arrive at the motel at 3:30. The neon sign in the office said open but nobody was there. We called the phone number on the office but only got a message. We waited over 30 minutes before someone finally called us back and said they went to the store and would be there in 15 minutes! The manager finally arrived about 20-25 minutes later. We had requested a 2nd floor room as far off the street as possible. She assigned us a 1st floor room nearer the middle of the motel. This was also with no other car in the entire parking lot so I knew there were more acceptable rooms available. After voicing my displeasure with our assigned room the manager relented and gave us a more acceptable room. When questioned about her absence while supposedly being open from 3pm till night she gave us very snappy answers and was very rude. We had stayed in this motel a number of times and liked it very much so this experience really put a bad taste in our mouths and are likely to ever stay there again. I hope this critique gets to the owners so they know who is providing “good customer service “ to their clients.
