Beautiful fully remodeled single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home plus casita located in Downtown St. George. The home has been beautifully furnished and decorated to give it a modern and stylish feel, while still incorporating the beauty of the surrounding environment. Walk to Town Square in just a few blocks for amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. This is the perfect home for families visiting the area or groups of friends coming to town to explore, golf, or train.

The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths including an en-suite master bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two each have queens. Each bedroom has nightstands and a closet.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and remodeled finishes, comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area, in unit washer/dryer, and beautiful yard which includes outdoor furniture and a table top fire-pit.

Our casita has it`s own entrance and yard area. This Casita is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, 12` memory foam mattress. A little dining nook with 2 chairs and a bistro table provides a place to enjoy a meal or work on your laptop.

Casita KITCHEN: the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (starter coffee pods are provided), bowls/plates/utensils, toaster oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Casita BATHROOM/SHOWER: towels/handtowels plus basic shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are provided. All stays will be provided with paper towels and toilet paper enough to last the guest for their first weeks` stay.

Casita PRIVATE YARD: The casita opens up to it`s own private yard area that is separate from the main house`s yard.

Casita PATIO: Guests are welcome to use the patio space. Lounging chairs are provided!

You will have exclusive use of the entire property including the main house AND casita.

Quiet neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown St. George. Within walking distance of shops, galleries, farmers markets, and theaters. There is plenty of attractions/food to choose from. We`re right on the edge of all the finish lines for the major races that are hosted annually in St. George as well as the renowned art festivals and galleries.

We recommend having a car, however you`ll be right in the heart of town so if you want to venture to the nearby Kayenta art galleries, hike the local trails, or head off to Zion National Park for the day, then you are right where you want to be. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available, but most guests bring their own cars.
