My air condition was damage and no one came to fix the problem. The breakfast was poor

I stayed at this hotel from 11/25-28/2016. The hotel is in the perfect location, in the heart of Christiansted town and is surrounded by dining, water and other hotels whose facilities and service, I am sure would be better than what I received while at Comanche. Long story short (or this would seem like a rant lol), the room was tiny, the bed was a death trap (uncomfortable, noisy and unstable), forget about watching tv anywhere else but standing in front of it (due to the height of the screen and no way to angle it). Reporting issues to the front desk was a waste because they were never resolved. As much as I enjoyed St Croix, my next visit will definitely NOT be at Comanche.

Hotel in need of a massive infusion of cash to bring it up to Fair. Elevator has been dismantled for years. Several guest rooms are being renovated, probably out of service for years. WiFi spotty at best. Bar just reopened after being closed for Six Years. Breakfast was good, not elaborate but decent. A nearby outside band played until midnight, way too loud! The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Bombay Club was a gem of a quaint bar and restaurant. Board walk along the harbor has some good eating spots with nice views.

Our plane was 2 hours late for arrival in St. Croix. "Carmen" kept the light on for us - (literally) and greeted us at the door with a chilled bottle of champaigne. The services we received were outstanding. All the staff were kind and attentive to assist us in any way they could - even helping us to track down our lost luggage. The location was very close to the boardwalk - no car needed - taxi service was just a step away. The room was very clean. I would recommend Club Comanche to anyone going to St. Croix. The only change to the "Run of the House" would be adding a microwave to the room.

Great place, near board walk and in center of the town and stores

Great Centric location Near the board walk and many pubs with nightlife In the center of the town Pool was damage and water green!! That the only thing, they have problems with the contractor... but hey the beach is so near!!

Very nice accomadtions and personel very friendly. Great location to dining, stores and beaches

In spite of every efforts made to renovate the rooms, this hotel remains an rickety colonial building in the heart of the boardwalk area peppered with bars. Great if you're in a party mood, but not if you need to sleep. Not to mention the roosters outside your window who will make sure you wake up at 5AM.

I stayed with my girlfriend in the jr suit with a king size bed. It was awesome. No it is not a brand new building like i am used to in minneapolis mn but it was had gorgeous dark wood floor that maids mop everyday to keep clean. they dont change your sheets everyday like a hilton but they save energy and water by skipping a day. yes they dont change them between people. the staff are very friendly and there is a guy named [...] and he is 10 times more of a help and nicer then any hilton or ramada employee ive ever talked to. the hotel is located a block down from the ocean and center of the shopping and resturants. it is great location and great experience. i will be going back.

Unhelpful desk clerk at check in, and the room was difficult to get to with luggage (several sets of stairs and no one there to help). Newly remodeled room but already getting shabby (by not cleaning in the corners, not repairing furniture, etc.). We thought there was sand in the bed--turned out to be a termite problem. The pool couldn't be used because it leaked. The NOISE was awful--a party until after 3 in the hotel bar just outside our window on Saturday, with no warning except when the hotel clerk woke us up to give us free tickets to the event later that night. Complained to the front desk (repeatedly) but they simply said, "We left a message for the manager."

This location lets you explore the historic fort dating from the 1750's. The boardwalk shouldn't be missed.
