Chrimbo Limbo in St Columb
On recommendation from a friend who’d previously stayed here, we booked this accommodation for an 8 day stay over Christmas and New Year’s as it was close to family in St. Columb.
The unit was perfectly appointed with everything you need and in reach where you’d expect it to be. We only cooked the odd breakfast in as we mostly ate with family and friends, but the kitchen was well equipped. The binder with the instruction manuals for appliances was useful and the guide book was helpful when it came to take out the trash and check out.
A few other nice touches were the bottle of bubbly left for us in the fridge, and the illuminated Christmas tree upon our arrival, together with a Christmas card and gift. After a long journey and facing a holiday season away from home, those were thoughtful touches which we appreciated very much and made us feel at home right away.
We would certainly book this place again!
