The Villa:
Built over three levels, thevillaoffers high-end services for an exceptional stay in the heart of a green setting. On the main level, the spacious living room welcomes guests with a sofa, comfy armchairs, and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV in a decor of selected objects with driftwood, fine wicker, and colorful tropical arts.

The kitchen is well-equipped and features a breakfast bar for snacks or to talk over a coffee. It is complete with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, regular filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, hood, and electric juicer.

The indoor dining room for six guests faces the large opening onto the breathtaking ocean view, in a soothing atmosphere lulled by the ocean breeze that sweeps the palm leaves around the property. If you wish to dine al-fresco, you will find a gas barbecue on the terrace next to the living room and a rectangular, wooden table for six people.

The luxurious villaconsists of one beautiful air-conditioned bedroom situated on the upper level. Very spacious and widely open onto the stunning ocean viewthrough the large windows, it is comfortably furnished with a king size bed, and provides areas to have a rest and talk, with wicker armchairs, an office area, and a bench covered with soft cushions. A large dressing room is also at your disposal and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and regular shower, double sink, hair dryer, towels, and beach towels.

On the lower level, you will also love the charming terrace with a wooden pergola filtering the Caribbeansun, furnished with a nice outdoor living room. On the side, the infinity swimming pool seems to dive into the turquoise waters of St-Barths, in an idyllic atmosphere carried by the lush vegetation. Close to the pool, there is a lovely garden lounge near the stone of the hill planted with local shrubs.
