Located directly on scenic A1A, the home is easily accessible with parking just six steps from the upper-level entrance. For added convenience, an elevator services the upper floors, making this home suitable for guests with mobility considerations. Note: Pets are not permitted.

Comfortable Sleeping for Large Groups
Three of the four bedrooms are located off the main living area, each designed for comfort and privacy:

• Primary Oceanfront Suite: King-size designer bed, two full "his and hers" bathrooms, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony and private beach walkover.
• Second Oceanfront Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and peaceful ocean views.
• Third Bedroom with Intracoastal Views: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with breathtaking sunset views.
• Bunk Room (Lower Level): Two bunk beds with queen mattresses, an ensuite bath with dual vanities, shower/bath combo, and an additional powder room. Ideal for children or groups.

Entertainment and Recreation
The main living space features an open floor plan with ocean views and a large seating area. Across from the living room, a convertible game table transforms into a bumper pool or poker table, complete with chips. For movie nights or game days, head into the private theater room with a 60-inch TV and four oversized reclining theater chairs. An HDMI cable is provided for personal device connection, including laptops or gaming consoles.

Chef’s Kitchen and Dining
The well-equipped kitchen includes a griddle, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, and more. There’s seating for four at the kitchen bar and a large dining table to accommodate group meals. Dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils are all provided for a seamless cooking experience.

Practical Comforts and Amenities
Enjoy two laundry areas (a stackable set near the kitchen and a full-size set in the garage), ideal for extended stays or larger groups. For your beach days, four chairs and other beach essentials are available for guest use. The home is fully stocked with high-speed WiFi, central air conditioning, and smart home safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Outdoor Spaces and Boating Access
Soak up the sun on the oceanfront loungers, relax on the expansive patios, or enjoy al fresco dining on the large balcony with intracoastal views. Bring your boat, there’s parking available on the lava rock area near the lower level. Alternatively, the nearby Devils Elbow Fishing Resort offers boat launch access just down the road (guest-coordinated, check with the resort for details).
