Located on the ground floor, this adorable 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath duplex is perfect for a beach get away! Fully furnished with all the essentials of home including a fully stocked kitchen! Expertly decorated with a beach flair, the main bedroom has a King bed with attached half bath. The additional guest bedroom has King accommodations as well. The full bath with tub is just down the hall! The spacious living room features a pull our sofa for those extra guests. Flat screen TVs with cable in bedrooms and living room plus Wi-Fi. Fenced yard for fido, outdoor shower and just steps to the ocean! Book your reservation today!

Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE $200* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

**Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, it does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

The property is in a great location, with a very quick, flat walk to the beach. Parking was easy and convenient and the yard was nice for pets. Beds were comfortable. It had a pretty strong musty/pet smell upon entering though. The house overall could use some updating and repair. I think if the bedroom carpets were replaced with hard wood it would help a lot. It’s pretty small so I wouldn’t recommend for a family bigger than 4 people max.The front door lock was difficult. I had to enter the code several times and hold the door just right for it to lock or unlock.

Exactly what I needed

My trip to St. Aug was pretty last minute this year, and I knew I was going to have to bring my dogs. I wanted a property walkable to the beach and not break my bank, and this property was exactly it.PROS:Affordable - the cost to stay here was well worth it!Location - While it doesn't have an ocean or sunset view, the proximity to the beach was fantastic.Amenities - Extra blankets, towels, beach chairs, salt/pepper, sugar, pillows, etc were all a huge plus. Everything was in working order.Pet Friendly - the house set-up was very safe/pet friendly.Spacious - even though it's a small rental, it felt open and comfortable.A/C - GOODCONS:Upstairs Neighbors - I didn't realize we were only booking the downstairs. When the guests arrived for the upstairs unit, the sound of them walking around was extremely loud. It disturbed our sleep and was an annoyance during the day.Landlord Special - Example: Paint choice causes many many scuffs. Sticker on the shower curtain rod. It's the little things that with a tiny bit more effort would have really elevated the experience! It's all cosmetic, but still worth the feedback.Fence/yard - the gate would not lock and there were burrs/stickers allll over the backyard, so I was not able to use it for my dogs. That was a bummer (Over all, I still give the stay a 5/5. The issues we had were all quite normal and reasonable, so I wouldn't dock points. I would stay here again!!Thanks

Butler Beach great

The location was excellent. Super close to beach, great restaurants nearby & not far from necessities. Unit was clean, spacious & comfortable bed. We had dog, so easy to walk, allowed on beach. The front screen door does not close easily and is troublesome. We would stay again.
