Enjoy the seclusion of our property, surrounded by lush greenery and landscaping that creates a serene atmosphere. Step outside to our private backyard oasis, where you can unwind on the patio, take a dip in the pool, or simply bask in the Florida sunshine.

HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April. We keep a pool temperature of 80F - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.
**Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer**.
PET-FRIENDLY (Up to 4 dogs, dogs only):
All pets must be approved by host before check in. We have a pet fee of $189.00.
Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
**PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL** NO CATS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

Great home base to explore St. Aug and beyond
Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the house. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool and private outdoor space. We did not bring our dog but he would have been very happy there. The beds were comfortable with fresh linens and the property manager was responsive. There is a park and also trails nearby for walking. The beach gear in the garage was helpful. Beaches are a 15 min drive so it does take a bit of planning. All around great option with plenty of space. Having a private pool and the whole house on a private lot on a cul-de-sac was a better tradeoff for us vs staying in a condo beachfront.

We had a nice stay at this home in a quiet neighborhood where we could walk our dog and enjoy nature trails. The backyard was very private and we enjoyed the heated pool. St. Augustine and the beaches were not too far away.
