This St. Augustine Beach house HAS IT ALL! Newly updated and ready for fun! With a state of the art kids' playground, outdoor games, pool, gas firepit, summer kitchen with ice maker, and outdoor dining, all just steps from the beach. If that's not enough, take the fun inside with 2 arcade machines, board games, magnetic tiles, coloring books, 2 separate living rooms with large TVs, and 4 very comfortable bedrooms each with its own TV! What's more, this house is packed with amenities. For the beach, tent, toys, beach towels, wagon, and outdoor shower. Inside, Vitamix blender, Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel cookware, bakeware, grilling utensils, Green Life slow cooker and rice maker, toaster oven, kids' tableware and drink cups, additional mini fridge, washer and dryer, 100% cotton Oeko Tex bedding and towels. All bathrooms are stocked with earth conscious bathroom amenities such as, bamboo toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and organic feminine products. The kitchen is stocked with organic and plastic free coffee pods, organic cane sugar and organic stevia, bamboo paper towels, unbleached parchment paper and baking cups, aluminum foil, wood skewer sticks, and marshmallow roasting sticks. The water is filtered by a whole house filtration system with an additional filter for drinking water. Air purifiers are placed both upstairs and down with regularly changed filters. Only non-toxic cleaning products and laundry products are used. Laundry Products and cleaning products are provided for guests use as well.
It is also worth noting that every effort is taken to keep this property clean and safe for a family friendly experience. For this reason, we have a very strict no pet policy. Ensuring families and those with pet allergies that we provide a clean environment free of pet hair, dander, and pet waste, is a top priority.

Relaxation and Fun

This property is just as it is described if not even better! We had so much fun playing in the pool, in the playground, and just relaxing in the house. The host was amazing and we are already trying to find a time to come back!
