This renovated home offers convenient access to both the beach and St. Augustine's Historic Old Town attractions. You'll also enjoy your own slice of paradise in the private backyard with highlights including a fully screened-in pool and a furnished patio area complete with an outdoor fireplace. The stylish, updated interior showcases attractive modern decor plus new fixtures and furnishings for complete home comfort. The Historic District is less than four miles away and the beach is less than five miles away. The Doug Crane Boat Ramp (0.4 mi.) provides boaters with easy access to the Matanzas River.

The pool includes a shallow sun shelf with two contoured chaise lounge chairs for ultimate sun-soaked bliss. A gas grill is provided for backyard barbecues and the beautiful brick fireplace provides an authentic, wood-burning ambiance for evening get-togethers. A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off the sand after days at the beach.

Home essentials include a well-appointed full kitchen for planning home-cooked meals, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Smart TVs are equipped in the living room and all three bedrooms for total home entertainment.

The home is beautiful and super clean!!! The house is in a great location, about 10 mins to the beach and 15 from St. George Street. The only small problem we had was we ordered for the pool to be heated, and it never seemed to be warm.

What a great house, extremely clean super well equipped there’s nothing that you may need that they do not have. The pool was clean the backyard was awesome and the fireplace at night was awesome. This house it’s completely renovated and very close to historic downtown, its a very quiet neighborhood great for families. Around the are you have all the supermarket you may need. I would recommend it hands down
