Great new restaurants, cafes, and shops walking distance from the Condo. 7min drive to Alligator Farm and 10min to Historic Downtown St Augustine.
Nice and relaxing spacious Condo which has a Master Bedroom and one Queen Bedroom and one bedroom with 2 twins. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay, with a full laundry room too! Relax on the screened in lanai that overlooks the pond and pool area. Complex offers work out area and community pool.
One dedicated parking space and visitor parking passes.

We loved this place! The apartment was clean, very comfortable and located in a great spot. Walking distance to many restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The host was very attentive and gave clear instructions on the check in and out processes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
