Tim was fantastic !!! The hot tub was great as well as outdoor area. Luved grilling on the deck - linens provided were very good too! Nice location too!!

Host was extremely welcoming!! Beautiful house, and just a beautiful overall neighborhood and area. Very close to everything you could essentially need. The pool and hot tub were super nice as well especially since it’s the winter right now. I highly recommend staying here.

Sewer was backed up first day, No water at first. Two trash cans was full and over flowing with trash bags up against the unit. Maggots were crawling all around the over flowing trash cans and coming into the lower unit. There was a bad odor in the lower unit. Called the hot line several times to no availed. A friend of the unit owner came by towards the end and witness the above-mentioned issues! Sorry but not a good stay. We have photos but I don't know how to send them to you other than text.

Horrible weekend

There were so many problems with this house that I firmly believe it should be taken off of VRBO before anyone else is allowed to rent it. We tried to use the hot tub the first night, but there were no instructions on how to turn it on. After I texted the owner about this, he stated that it was broken. The gate is very difficult to open and has sharp edges. My father cut his hand pretty deeply on this. The upstairs door would not lock (batteries must have been dead). The smell of sulfur is almost unbearable, both outside and inside the house. The shower door downstairs does not close so water sprays everywhere leaving the floor another very dangerous spot. There are leftover building materials all over the porches...concrete blocks, lumber, instructional materials,... The sprinklers went off for hours and created a pond of water in the front yard which made it disgusting to enter and exit our vehicles. The water pressure is horrible. To top off the whole weekend, we had to check out early due to the fact that we had NO WATER. Toilets wouldn't flush and we had no way of taking showers before we left to drive all the way home. Owners were quick to tell us about all of the problems they had been having with the sprinkler system and that they were having a hard time getting the person who installed it to come back and fix the problems. This should have been their sign to take it down off of VRBO before continuing to rent it. Owner was notified of all of these problems.
