The unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with two king beds and an additional queen and full bed in the third bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups. The expansive balcony serves as your private oasis, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of waves crashing against the shore. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated with the fully stocked kitchen, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Tastefully decorated in a modern beach theme, Penthouse Paradise truly embodies coastal living. Please note that this unit is not baby or toddler-proof.

St Augustine vacation

The king bed was 2 twin beds put together .The garage was small and only compact vehicles fit in it/should have been noted in listing. Outside parking was sometimes full next to our unit.Water quality was questionable-maybe bottled water could have been provided.The overhead awning in kitchen needed laundering.While we paid a cleaning fee, we were expected to wash dishes and towels and strip the beds. The sofas were not comfortable.We did like the pier to the beach.Our time spent in St. Augustine was memorable .beds.

Perfect for families

We were so happy with our stay! Perfect location, close to whatever we needed. Short walk to the beach using the boardwalk on the property. Only complaint was the master bed mattresses were two twins turned sideways so it made it uncomfortable. However, it wouldn't keep up from booking again. We plan to return next summer!

the email that was sent for check in was wrong there is no office on site. also is no dumpster.

enjoyed our stay great location. there was somethings that needed attention in the home. but we had all we needed. wonderful walk to the beach .

Great Place!

Great location! We walked right next door to play goofy golf. The pool is literally Right outside your sliding door with a secure fence around it for people with kids. Our 8 year old had a blast in the pool. Short walk to the beach. We will come again maybe in the fall. Thank you!
