Gold rated two bedroom two bath garden flat with additional sleeping area off the main bedroom. Unit has a great location, near the beach access and just steps from the Las Palmas pool/hot tub. First floor entry with great view of the pool area and grounds.
This St. Augustine vacation rental has been recently upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, counter tops & tile flooring through out with the exception of the bedrooms. The dining room & living room have ample seating for up to 6 people.
The main bedroom opens up to the large lanai and has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The main bathroom has been updated with new flooring and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV and the extra bedroom (off the main bedroom) has two twin beds +a flat screen TV.
