Nice condo for a long weekend

Nice condo with plenty of space and privacy when needed for two couples. Kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Would like to have been able to use the pool but it was closed. Beds were not very comfortable, especially the queen bed. Low pressure in the guest bathroom and the dryer didn’t work well. Probably needs to have the hose checked. The tv was disappointing because we could only get a few channels.

It was exceptionally well equipped and beautifully decorated and very clean. The extras: delightful amenities like special dishes, fully functional kitchen, close to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We’re from St. Augustine and it was a perfect location.

Well stocked kitchen

We mainly used the house to sleep and bath. However, I loved having enough cooking utensils if I chose to cook. The coffee maker used both k-cups and coffee pot. Thankfully, I had k-cups for the pot did not fit properly and could not get it out from under the maker. The unit was clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. However, there wasn’t enough information on how to access the boardwalk and how to use the keycard to unlock the gate. Yes, we would love to rent this place again.

Great Stay but needs some items addressed

We walked in and were impressed with how clean the place looked. The sheets were clean as were the towels. The access to the beach was absolutely heavenly and this was a really good location to the city. Cons: the dryer would not dry, and even though they said someone would come look at it, no one did. We did get a fresh batch of towels delivered though. The kitchen had a serious ant problem. I would also recommend updating the cloth couch as it was in serious need of a cleaning. We ended up throwing our blankets over it to sit on. Overall, was a decent place and if these items could be addressed we’d definitely come back.

Beach Vacation

Loved the location and condo was clean and charming, kitchen and bathrooms updated. So wanted to give 5 stars. But owner needs to replace the old washer/dryer, the dryer is wasting electricity - it does not work. And need to replace carpet in bedrooms. I would definitely book again only if carpets replaced and dryer fixed.

Very nice

Loved the location. Place was very nice. The dryer took 3 to 4 cycles to dry. Notice on the door a few days before we left that they would be cleaning the dryer vents. Was way over do unfortunately. The beach is gorgeous! Quite complex while we were there.

Quiet, Comfortable, Condo Steps from the Shore

Very pleased with the quality of this property - with up to date renovations throughout and top quality furniture and furnishings. Very quiet and comfortable for our stay. Kitchen well equipped, with ample dishware, pans, etc. Gated access to the sea shore was a very short walk on a paver path, so we did not have to drive to take our beach walks - a real plus.

I really don’t want this published straight to VRBO but I fear it’s the only way the owner will know. we had to go back to the store to repurchase snacks and breakfast items. There were bugs or ants or sand fleas that kept getting in out food that was on the counter At first we thought it was Publix’s fault but after the second trio to replace the food was we went to Winn-Dixie. BUGS AGAIN ! Very disappointed. on another note,we could not get inn the unit upon our arrival Due to the Schlage lock malfunctioning. Had to call for assistance and they came the next day to fix it. These are more notes for the owner and not meant to deter anyone from renting it. Thank you for a great stay

Family Weekend Getaway

Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and great communication. We have 3 kids (5, 3, and 1). We all had a great time and felt clean and safe the whole time. I honestly have no complaints. My only suggestions would be remove furniture/decor that is unnecessary and in children's reach, add a burglar lock to front door (because small children can get out front door easily), and add small garbage cans to bathrooms because there was not a lot of space for garbage in the one bag we were provided. There was plenty of kitchenware, towels, and space. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to immediately. Great experience and will visit again if we return to St. Augustine.

Overall great..but there were some issues

The dishwasher didn’t work. The code was kinda difficult to put in on the front door. The gps took us a different spot than the actual condo. The papers in the kitchen didn’t match the actual code for the pool. And the light in the second bedroom didn’t work. Other than those we had so much fun. Kitchen was decent size to cook. Loved the beach being so close. And all the places we went in town were so close we loved it.

Upon arrival the pin pad did not work it took me 30 minutes to get in and about 10 minutes to lock up. I ended up having to call Vrbo to help me they just told me to use the key instead of the pin pad. when we used the key you had to turn it 20 times to lock and 20 times to unlock. When we finally got in the house it smelled moldy. We had to put the A/C down to 69 and open the sliding door to get the smell out. The wifi was out of service the whole time we was there. We couldn't leave anything on the counter because there were ants. the TVs need an upgrade. What we did like was the walking distance to the beach we were able to watch the sunrise.
