There are also two oceanfront pools, 10 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, and a grilling area on the grounds for your enjoyment. If you're hoping to explore the oldest city in America, the St. Augustine Historic District is just over six miles north.

As you enter this second-floor condo, you'll be greeted by central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a view of the ocean from the balcony beyond the sliding glass doors. The main living areas are open to each other, including a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a living room with leather seating and a smart TV. Additional amenities include a primary bedroom with its own smart TV and direct access to the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
