Check-in was not in class with Expedia / VRBO or other class group organization. Lroperty was touted as resort quality and the company held the line that mothing was their problem. We have pictures and videos to show all. Even wash me on the windows we asked to have cleaned that were not and never cleaning the bird crap off the railings of the balconies is just the start. Never felt aafe knowing the bacony door was broken and taped.

Comfortable Stay

My husband and I just wanted a quick weekend getaway so we could visit the downtown area. The resort was nice because it was far away from all the noise, and located right off the beach, yet close enough to drive to all the downtown happenings. Our room was clean, and had more than enough space for us. The furnishings were comfortable, and there was also a nice sized balcony for outdoor dining and entertaining. The pool was downstairs as well as a cute boardwalk to the beach. The beach was super clean and not over crowded. My only issue, was we never received an email from hotels.com with the unit number and access code. I had to make a couple of calls to get that sent to my email/text. I did get it, but it did cause a little unnecessary anxiety. Also I did not get the private beach gate code to access the beach. I ended up getting it from another guest. So the communication I would have to rate a 4/5. Other than that I would say overall 5/5 and I would come back.
