Amazing 5 bedroom home on the largest lot in St. Augustine! There is a heated, enclosed pool, spa, private putting green, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and lounge seating. All while being surrounded by mature landscaping to help you remember you are in paradise!

You will NOT be sharing the home with other guests - we close down the pool cottage and the main home is yours to enjoy. If you need extra space our suites please inquire about adding on our 2/2 pool cottage.

We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach - just pack your clothes! This is a PRIVATE rental (aka nobody additional will be renting property).

Please note: A liability waiver is required within 24 hours of booking.

We have private chefs and photographers for hire as well as an in-house massage therapist. This will be a luxury home and we can't wait to share it with you!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

First, the host is terrific and has amazing communication. Anything yhat was an issue was addressed very quickly. Ut really, tthings are very well taken care of. The house is amazing and has so many amenities and extras. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the short walk up to the beach. You can even walk over to Cap's on the River. It's that close. I definitely would recommend the house and I would stay here again.

Well maintained home, perfect location - beach, pool, hot tub, golf cart, game room for kids...all wrapped in one. Host was always responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Would highly recommend!

Quality Family Time

Wonderful home to spend time with others with plenty of space for alone or quiet time! We enjoyed the yard, pool, hot tub, etc. as well as the bikes and walk to the beach or river! The home is well stocked and Jess is incredibly responsive!
