This modern space has an updated fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances, a cozy living room, washer/dryer, and a balcony with a seating area overlooking a lake. There are 3 Queen bedrooms, one being the master with an attached bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub. Seaside at Anastasia is a gated community with heated pool and 24 hour gym. The beach and many charming restaurants and shops within walking distance. Take a short 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. St. Augustine is the most historic city in the country and one of the most charming towns located directly on the beach. This city has something for everyone-- a variety of top notch dining, art/culture, breathtaking views, a historic fort, ghost tours, the first Ripley's Believe It or Not, and shopping of every kind. This is the perfect destination for a seaside escape for the whole family!
