Tropical Room: Luxuriate in the spaciousness of a king-size bed, accompanied by a private bathroom and a 50-inch TV.

Swan Room: Enjoy the comfort of a queen bed, ample storage with a dresser and two large nightstands, and a 43-inch TV.

Flamingo Room: Relax in this room featuring two double beds, a dresser, and a 43-inch TV.

Living Room: Unwind with a 55-inch TV and sink into the comfort of our cozy couch.

Dining Room: Experience elegance in our mid-century modern style, complete with a large table and chairs accommodating 8 people.

Kitchen: Discover a spacious kitchen equipped with a:

-Sunroom: Bask in the sunlight at the table with 6 chairs, accompanied by a 34-inch TV along with a flat top grill. Beach towels are provided for your use, ensuring a perfect day under the Florida sun.

Other Details to Note:
- Heated Pool: During cooler months (October 15th – April 15th), the pool is heated using a heat pump and maintained at a comfortable 75°F. If you’d like the pool heated above 75°F, an additional fee applies:

$30/day for 1–3 days
$25/day for 4–7 days
$20/day for stays longer than a week

During warmer months (April 16th – October 14th), the heat pump is turned off, and the pool is heated naturally using solar heating, set to 70°F for added comfort.

If you’d like to request heat above the default temperature during cooler months, please contact us in advance to arrange payment.

- Guest Count: Kindly ensure an accurate guest count, as our space accommodates a maximum of 8 people. Additional guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Security Cameras: For everyone's safety, there are cameras by the front door and at the pool area. Tampering with these cameras will be requested to leave immediately.

- Check-in/Check-out: Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.

- Weather and Refunds: No refunds are available for weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, acts of god, or other circumstances beyond our control.

- Supplies: We provide a starter set of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. For extended stays, additional supplies may need to be purchased during your visit. Your comfort is our priority!
